Version control allows you to "go back in time" to retrieve up to 30 previous versions (or the last 30 backups) of any file you have backed up. Whether a file was changed, deleted or corrupted, you can select a previous version and restore it in seconds.

File Recovery - 30 Backup or 30 Days

Version control allows you to go back in time and recover a document that may have been deleted or saved with the same file name, it happens to everyone.
If you have files that have not changed in 30 days, our backup system stores the most recent version as long as it is selected in the backup view.

File Restore Options

Finished selecting files to retrieve?-á Click the-á Restore Options and you will see three choices:

Show most recent versions of all files (default setting)
Shows the latest backup of every file you have on your system.
Show files that were on my system on (mm/dd/yy)
Type a date to list all the versions of files (up to 10) backed up on that date.
Show all versions of all files
Lists the 30 most recent versions of every file backed up within 30 days
Lists any files that you deleted in the last 30 days

Employee Sabotage or Mistakes:
Employees can accidentally or purposely change, manipulate, corrupt or delete your mission critical data (and/or your backups). Your data is protected by a high level of security. No one will be able to delete your backups ... not even if they have your encryption key, and nobody can delete any of your data off our servers.

Protect Remote Sales Info:
If you assign computers to your remote or mobile work forces, you will be able to restore any files that have been changed or deleted in the last 30 days. You don't even need the computer itself to get the data back -- just use Remote File Access to restore the data whenever and wherever you want.

Restore Accidentally Changed or Deleted Files:

Recover Corrupted Outlook Files:
If a Microsoft Outlook .PST file reaches 2 GB, Outlook will crash. Microsoft's "2 GB cropping tool", may "fix" the file, but the file will not be editable.
