Downloading Our Backup Software

REMEMBER - Our remote backup software automatically connects to the backup sever. So in order to install the software, you must have already signed up for our service. You can do that now by clicking here if you don't already have an account. You must have the user name and password that will be emailed to you when your new account is created on the backup server.

The download link below should be used if you:

1. Need To Install The Software For The First Time as described above.
2. Need To Upgrade To The Most Current Version.
3. Need To Recover From A Data Disaster.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTICE:
Remote Backup installs a special locked files service that requires that your computer be re-started before the installation can finish. Many anti virus programs will try to prevent this from happening. Please disable your anti-virus / anti-spyware programs before you begin the installation so that your remote backup program will be installed correctly. Also the Windows firewall my try to prevent the remote backup program from accessing the internet. If the firewall pops up a warning message click on allow.
